Reached lvl 13 cant buy platinium

Hi all, i have been playing this game since last 2 days, its adictive and remember me wow, till this is ok, the problem comes when i try to buy platinium it comes an error message telling 'this is not an account of a trial player' - create a new one in the enviroment sandbox

does any know what is this all about?
