I just wanted to know what's the max level up for character's in arcane legends.

This should probably be moved to General Discussion or New Players - but to answer your question the current cap is 31. With The Realm of Shadows upgrade the level cap will increase to 36.

When this game first began the level cap was 16, it has since increased by 5 levels with each major expansion. See Doc's AL Timeline for more information about the expansions and how the game was affected with each patch.
