Guys, I noticed that 30 Platinum is 5000 gold coins, according to their price.Why can't we make a trade like that? every 30 platinum should have a price is 5000 gold! They have equal prices! Why aren't they accepted??

The company makes its money (U.S. $) by selling Platinum. But gold can be farmed for free. So if one were able to turn gold into Platinum, that would devalue the Platinum and the company would never make any money (U.S. $).

I have a box of printer paper at home. The box comes with sheets of 500+. So why can't I give 500 sheets of printer paper for $50 U.S. dollar paper? They're both paper. They have very different values. One is worth something, the other is.....what it is.

even if it means 1 platinum point = 1000 gold or any amount. at least there's another way to acquire platinum points other than ka-chings!
