NAME OF THE TOURNAMENT
EOS 4 vs 4 Battle: EOS Clash Tournament for lvl 36 players
No of teams allowed: 8 (for the moment, maybe more to be added if I will have more than 8 teams)
Type: 4 vs 4 , best of 3 clashes
1. Level requirement for EOS 4 vs 4 battle tournament:
* Level Requirement: L36
2. Gears allowed:
* Any gear will be allowed, but there will be this certain exception : NO ARCANE WEAPONS ALLOWED
3. Tournament Description:
* This tournament will consist of 8 teams with 4 players on each team (+1 sub per team) fighting 3 clashes in the middle of classic CTF map.
* There will be 3 clashes and first team who win 2 clashes will go further.
4. Matches will be played as following :
* Before starting the match, both teams needs to meet in one spawn directly opposite to their opponent's spawn room.
* Paulsebi together with another officer will join the room in order to check each team and make sure rules are respected.
* Time of the tourney will be established and we will discuss about it in order to make it available for most teams
* Before each clash, I will count down (3,2,1 and GO) and you will have to fight in the middle. It's LAST MAN STANDING, means if you die you have to wait in your spawn till all your team die or win in that clash.
* Once your team wins a clash, you will have +1 added to your score. Best of 3 clashes will win the game and the team will go in the next round.
5. Time of Tournament:
* The tournament will begin at the date I will propose and all slots are filled.
5. Tournament Rules:
* A team may not have more than 1 officer!
* A team may not have more than 1 warrior!
* Teamn should consist of : 1 war / two mages / 1 rogue OR 1 war / one mage / two rogues!
* Before starting the match, each team must regroup into ONE spawn that is directly across from where the other team's spawn location is.
* Before starting the match, me and one officer will check both teams in spawn and once everything is agreed the game will start in the middle after the GO. I will count : 3,2,1, GO and at go you start to KILL!
* No macros
* No summoning/dismissing of pets
* No trash talking during the entire time of tournament match & before/after the tournament match is taking place may occur. If any team player is found to be trash talking or behaving non-sportsmanlike, they will be disqualified and the team will not be allowed to sub in another player.
* A team is allowed to have 1 sub, but that sub may not qualify to play if there is 2 of the same class active in the team.
* If a team does not meet on the time & date specified by me for the tourney, they will be disqualified.
* If a team member goes AFK, it is up to the other team to decide wether to wait or not. FAIRPLAY needs to be in place!
* Any drama/situations/disagreements once the tournament is in session must be PM'd to me or the other officer who will help me.
* There may be no more than 2 stun-related pets (this includes terrify & panic pets) on one team. This tournament will require variation.
* Arcane pets will be allowed, but no more than 2 arcane pets will be allowed on the team.
Conclusion : 2 arcane pets / 2 stun pets per team! If you use samael (arcane stun pet) then you can use one more stun pet per team....
* Arcane weapons not allowed!
* Mythic items allowed!
* You must post the team you are registering with on the EOS thread and specify the equipment of each player, pets used, name of the team, class (details bellow in "How to register")
* One is not allowed to switch out team-members once the tournament has started, so, choose your teammates wisely.
* A sub may not be allowed on another team as well.
* There may not be the same player of different teams.
* Two mythic players allowed per team ( a mythic player is consider a player who has from 3 to 5 mythic items) and two non mythic players allowed per team ( a non mythic player is considered a player with max 2 mythic items)
* NO VANITY ALLOWED DURING EACH ROUND, so we can check each player and if the rules are respected.
* ANY RULES BROKEN WILL be taken in consideration and this can result in : team to be disqualified.
These rules may be changed at any time before the tournament begins.
6. Prizes:
* 1st place : 2 million gold per team ( means 2 mil / 5 players = 400 k for each player of the team)
* 2nd place : 1 million gold per team ( means 1 mil / 5 players = 200 k for each player of the team)
* 3rd place : 500 k per team (means 500 k / 5 players = 100 k for each player of the team)
* each member of the teams from 1st, second and third place will receive a dedicated signature ( with the guild name in it, the place where you were situated in the tourney : 1st place, 2nd place or 3rd place) - this is still under discussions with the designer Deadroth
* maybe other prizes to be added
7. How to Register:
Only one member from each team, has to post on EOS thread once the register will start:
a) TEAM NAME (name your team how you wish
)
b) Players in the team
c) Class of each player
d) who are the two non mythic players and who are the two mythic players ( mythic player is considered the player with 3 to 5 mythic items and non mythic player is considered the player with max 2 mythic items)
e) gear each player in the team use
f) pets used by players in one team ( please take in consideration the rule regarding two arcane / 2 stun pets)
