Lol I know.. While the giant troll is trying to club you over the head you can almost hear Hammerjaw debating whether or not he wants to attack in his own mind :

"God... there she goes again attacking stuff. Do I really need to help, can't you just let me rest woman!? I'm feeling so lazy today I just don't want to attack. Maybe I'll just attack at half the speed of normal pets, I'm sure she'll never know the difference."

Licensing and rights would create complications. And that is one cool and adorable companion.

There would be some copyright issues if STS added the minion exactly like that, but if they tweaked him and made him/her hav some armor and stuff. That should work
