It would make no sense at all that the execution boss would drop it, the chance that it spawns are already low and the chance that a relic drops is even insanely lower.
I am 99% sure that only Harg'kyth is dropping the relics

I'm 99% sure that I have actually used the axes. (I don't like them, truth be told, they're slow). And they drop off the bat. Least with the darn bat, it usually won't freeze on you. Harg himself, that's another story. Not arguing, or bickering, or any of that. Just saying, everyone I know that has Relic Axes has gotten them off the big Ol' bat.

ah. didn't think the bat dropped the hammer. Although with Harg and not showing up as anything more than a reg bat, he almost did....once.

closest i've been is that wonderful Harg auto kill freeze effect. Not that there is anything wrong with that ... -_-... not like i'm irked about it, nope. Would be "Awesome, radical, tubular, fantastic, stupendous" if they'd fix that, though...Just sayin.
