hello

my friend with the IGN of Zushan believes he has been mistakenly banned because he is unable to log in on his itouch but is able to login on his sisters phone. please contact him with the details and he says he has tried everything to make the app work again including deleting and reinstalling it.

Tell Zushan the only way to deal with account issues like bans is to email support[AT]spacetimestudios.com
If his device says he is banned, then either he or someone else who used that device for PL has been banned. They often ban by device ID, so that would explain why he is able to log in on his sister's phone if he had not previously used his account on that device.
