Trying to get the buzz going on this...has everyone seen the billboards & posters everywhere like the first time? The first movie was so good, hilarious & plenty of action but it didn't really do great at the Boxoffice. Really hope this one does better after more ppl have seen the first one because I'd like to see the franchise keep going. :-)
It be a shame if the adventures of Kickass & Hitgirl come to an end so soon. Who else feels that way?

Omg the movie is so good! You will laugh like so many times, that's why I like the franchise so much the humor.

I didn't get much reaction on this thread but I hope the movie does well. I will buy this on Blu-ray as soon as it comes out & hope the make a third one.

Hit girl & Kickass are the best super heroes out there now....forget about Batman/Superman/Spider-Man they've done that to death already.

I went to a movie theater to watch Grown ups 2,
Before that movie started to play, I randomly walked into a movie theater. It was kick*** 2...the part I saw was some army uniform guy getting his head cut off?

I collected all the kickass comics and also watched the first kickass movie. I must say, I'm really impressed.

Awwww that's sucks but it really isn't that much different than what kids see on television or cable...you dont see ppl getting decapitated...theres a little nudity, not much. (Women with their tops off in one scene) I know some younger looking fans pay thru the self service ticket machine by credit card...of course some theaters are more strict than others.
I would rent it or buy it if I couldn't see it in the big screen.
I guess the rated R is hurting the ticket sales as younger kids can't get it but it really is a funny movie most would like if they give it a chance. It's only made 17 mill in the U.S. & 23 mill worldwide...it cost 28 mill to make :-/
