How come there is no toggle skill page?

There are only four slots for skills, but there are a total of eight skills in the game. Is this a bug or I don't know where it is on my screen?

If anyone can tell me how to toggle the second skill page, please tell me.

It's not a bug, as of now, there are only 4 slots though we have 8 skills. This is where you need to plan on what skill to use, are you pvping? or mainly focused on pve? The distribution of your skills will depend on the game you'll play and your style of playing.

In PL you can toggle between 4 and 12 skills shown yes, but in AL - why would that be necessary lol?
Just remove the skills of your skill map if you want zero shown, the only way of "toggling" I can think of.

because if we could map 8 skills then we wouldn't have to purchase respecs every time we switched between pve and pvp.

The skills are the exact layout as Star Legends. I don't see the reason why not to have the same format.

I'm thinking with cap increase as we go they may use that layout just now 4 skills is decent
