purchase fail, but still charge me and double charge!!!

I did tried to purchase a platinum today, but its been come up massage " purchase fail". After the 3s I had received a massage from my bank and google account, its say I had purchased money from Arcene Legends and its took double charge $19.99 two time. Please help me with this.
