If you mean player moderators, no. However, there is moderator(s).
Sometimes you'll see Delphina or Delphette in game. She always seems to have quite the habit of PMing me in a timed run.

jus do one thing use arcane legends on mobile and pc if u can
and then login from ur accounts and transfer

There needs to be an AL answering machine "Hi, I'm not here now, please leave a message at the beep...." LOL
Or maybe when you have the AFK title activated it holds your messages automatically and delivers them when you switch to another title. That would work as well.

Er I'll help in transfers, I'm (almost) 100% sure I wont run away with your items.

This is why we have stash. It is to protect you and it allows you to switch items between characters on the same account. We do not recommend you using other people to transfer your items from toons because there is no guarantee that you will get your items back.
That's the best option for item transfers, but from the sounds of it, he has created another account rather than another character slot.
So .. Your best option now is to hop on a computer, and open the game in Chrome. This will give you the ability to open multiple AL clients, and log on to both accounts. You can simply trade or give like you would with anyone else.
If you can't use a PC, then you could maybe use multiple devices the same way?
As a last resort, feel free to PM me if you're on when I am and I could help out.
