I might be going somewhere early Saturday and coming back Sunday afternoon. But I don't want to miss the Double XP Weekend that I could use to lvl my alts. So if I play AL in a hotel or somewhere, is there a chance that my device might get banned?

Im pretty sure you can play from wherever you are, the problem begins with suspicious behavior while you play from a different location

Such as buying plat, if all youre gonna do is lvl your alts while playing at the hotel i think youll be good.

Definitely not!

You can play sts games with anyone, anywhere, at any time. So it's fine if you play at your hotel.

You can buy platinum anywhere... It doesn't matter.
