So i was thinking on ios u get amazing offers for plat but once the offers are done there done forever on your account, so are you allowed to make another account for plat and then buy the things with plat you want for your other account?

no. their embbeded on your phone. changing to a new phone and same account will work. but wont work if changing different account on same phone.

When trading a large amount of gold or a high valued item from a low lvl char to a high, u risk getting ur trade abilities banned for suspicious behavior. I dont think you could get away with doing this too many times.
