My trade option got banned need help!

I just used my twink toon to open dozens of crates after expansion launched, I didnt get lucky but got lots of gold. Since I borrowed some gold from my friend, I tried to use gold on this toon to pay him back. After i tried to finish the transaction I received a notice saying that my trade option got banned coz the suspicious activity...

I got a few eggs that I looted from crates, so I am hoping someone can help me to release my account from the ban so I can trade them before price goes down.
