Platinum and account email
I brought 20 dollar worth of platinum today, thinking that since it is my first purchase i would have the 50 % bonus. But it didn't show up.
And second, for my game account I used a chinese email, which have problem receiving email from the game. Can some one give me some suggestion in how to fix it?
