Help please, game not recognizing I've completed objective

Hi, I posted this yesterday in the General section and no one seemed to know what could be causing this, and suggested that I might need to ask for tech help.

In the game, I've completed the Gleipnir quest and opened the portal to Shuyal. When I try to go through, I get a message saying I need to speak with Hox. I turn around and he is there, and I talk with him. Then when I try and go through the portal again, I'm still getting the same message, that I need to speak with him. No matter how many times I speak with him and he says I can go through, the game doesn't seem to recognize that I've spoken with him and tells me I need to go talk to him first. I've tried logging out and in, going on and doing other quests, lots of stuff, but can't seem to get past it. I've also downloaded AL onto my iPad and tried to pass it there, in case there was something sticking in my Chrome browser. Can anyone help?

Looks like you'll have to have a dev reset your quest progress (either you'd have to kill grimnr again or cash the quest in again) besides that idk any solutiIn it what could be wrong

Thanks for the reply. I'm desperate for some help. I've been stuck for days and can't get past that screen for anything.

I'm a level 26 at the moment, if that matters at all.

Ya you should get a dev to reset or e-mail the support team and see what they can do for you

So I looked into this for you.

There is a quest required from Hox that can not be obtained until 27. You need to level up a little more then you can go and talk to him and he will give you the initial quest to head through the portal.

Edit: This will be adjusted next update so that if you can complete the Gleipnir quest you can accept this one to get to Shuyal.
