Still no achievement for talking to Hermit

The update was suppose to fix this problem. But I still don't have the achievement. I tried to talk to the hermit and all he says is 'You finished them!' and all I can do is click 'And thank you, Hermit'. I have upgraded my mythics already but don't have the achievement for talking to the Hermit. I have the Acquired Restored Heroes Armor achievement but not the Found the Hermit achievement. Even as I type this I am in the same room and yet can get the achievement no matter what I do. So this isn't fixed its still bugged.

we appear to have missed a loophole in it. If you're in dire need there has been a work around found by players in that if you take your mythic gear and put it into the stash and talk to him you can get it before we patch it up next week.

Stashed my myth gear, went to talk to him, still no AP.

I also tried this and it doesn't work. My guess it would only work before you start the quest. Once complete its not giving the ap regardless what you do.
