Architect Pylon Staff proc

Have anyone tested the new staff? how frequent is the proc?
I noticed proc occurs more frequently in any map except Shuyal with my Nordr staff.

Im not buying until someone confirm info about Pylon staff's proc.

Nvm just noticed another thread already have confirmation on proc
