Suggestion: Add chests to Pocket Legends

Hey everyone,

I just thought of something quick. As you may know, Arcane Legends has a vanity section for chests and pets. Now, wouldn't you think it would be a good idea if the developers added chests to Pocket Legends?

Chest categories could be as follows.

Uncommon
Common
Rare
Legendary
ELITE
(Vanity)

It does as it says on the tin. Uncommon give normal items, and Legendary/Elite give the best gear, including pinks and ELITES.

Another thing there could be is a whole new "vanity" system. This would be a special vanity chest drop only from bosses. The drop rate could be fairly low, but in every vanity chest there could be a random vanity drop every time. These could be shields, helms and armour (Including Dragon vanities) or a pet.

I forgot to mention about opening them. My original idea was to have them purchasable with either platinum or gold.

Elite=pay 15 plat basically like locked crates
Epic=lets say 500g coz its easy to get cash
Rare =100g
Legendary=10plat or 12k
Rest free

Or for elite u could pay 30k

I guess your saying we want PL to be a unique experience, I just think adding chests to the mix would be pretty neat.

PL got its drops as it has always been while AL always had chests. I dont like the idea to add chests to PL because the system there is better than the one in AL. (chests in AL were ok till their drop rate got crappy, to drop pinks out of the chests i mean, and till crates came. paying plat to open the good chests u dropped sux pretty much.

I don't want PL to become AL, i don't want to be forced to pay plat to get the best gear.

That's reason enough for me never to play AL again.

The even more sad part is that I never knew that, and my toon is a relatively high level.

Chests or crates are like gambling packs. I am not a fan of gambling packs, because I want to know what I buy.

In pl I buy an elixir, enjoy runs with friends and if I get a good drop I feel really lucky and happy. If a friend gets a good drop, I feel happy for him. If a chest dropped, nobody would know what's inside, so no real joy. If I open chests for plat or gold I can never have a free mind, it is always connected with hope and disappointment. Ofc you can trade the chests and make sure never to open them to earn money and then to buy what you want , but in this case you need to be busy as a bee to get a lucky feeling once you reached your aim.
So pls no chests in pl.

To be honest, I think this would be a good step in PL's future. It would bring people back from AL, since it is something they are familiar with, therefore making PL a better game, and more content would be added sooner.

Bringing ppl back from AL is a good idea. I have been on lb ( seasons I-IV) in AL, came back to PL and I'm glad there are no crates to open for 15 plat here. I have opened hundreds of crates and elite chests and I still don't like them.

maybe many would disagree but i think more agree. Crates/chests would destroy PL as they destroyed AL.
