Actually they have. Changes to any classes means when they changed classes to have bonuses from other stats if thats what you mean by no change to skills

Idk what you mean, but the most recent free respec weekend was done even when there were no changes to any classes skills.
Anyways, we're kinda on the same side so I won't argue anymore
