Green and orange forgottens not nerfed

Hey collectors, check out your green and orange forgotten stats.
I dont know if it's by design or just wasn't changed due to their being so few of them. As a collector I think it's cool, and don't think it matters because it's not like their was a bunch of low lev orange bows. Kinda makes them even more odd.

I think forgs are primarily trouble in lower level pvp, and i dont think i've ever seen a level 70 or below yellow/green forg bow so we should be fine.
