Equipment effects n procs (rift)

I have not found any posts abut these yet.
Is there a set bonus to having skull shield and the scimitar and if yes, what is the bonus?

Is there also a bonus for having full rifts?

And i see that all the 1 handed rift weapons have an effect, so does Gurg Hammer also have an effect?

Rift set gives 50hp and 4 dodge. It's been documented a few places.

Also, the scimitar has Soul Leech, which apparently drains HP from target, and gives to you.

The stat bonus is 4 dodge, 2 H/S, and 50HP I believe.

Scimitar - Soul Leech, steals the targeted enemies health and delivers it to the user.
Force cutter - Break armor, lowers the targeted enemies armor
Vibra - Execute, requires a couple strikes of the vibra and the warrior skills "Hell Scream", lowers enemies dps, hit%, and damage.
Hammer - Stun proc, stuns the targeted enemy
Plasma axe - Fire proc, gives added damage to the targeted enemy, might also have break armor, I'd have to test it.
Plasma battlesword - Fore proc as well.
