My Experience so Far...

Hey mates, I'm TrialAccount Yes, original name is original, I know. You may have ran into me in the two or so hours I've played this game. So far, things I've noticed are...

1)Tanks are not meant to do damage. This is my first MMO, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is pretty obvious playing as the warrior class I have to be the frontman of the party, and I need to rely on others to do damage while I take it.

2)People are generally quite, with the odd exception of a few kind people. I started a casual conversation with a Lvl 48 earlier, and she/he ended up giving me several weapons and armor pieces without me even asking . The name of the player was Bellabang or something of the sort (my apologies for not remembering if you do read this mate).... Which leads me to

3) Making money in this game is extremely hard at the lower levels (possibly at the higher levels as well, I have no experience on the matter...) I get the feeling that I could possibly make more money by selling my weapons and such to players instead of the in-game shop. I'm going to list the items I have currently (along with their sell price), can anyone tell me if they are worth anything more than the shop price?

all of your items are really worth nothing, i'm afraid. of course when you are a lower level, you won't have much money; you can't expect to be a millionaire at level 20. i don't know what level you are right now but i suspect you are under level 30. the best way to get money is to get good items (usually pinks and sometimes purples) and sell them. most people don't want whites, oranges or green. i just liquidate every single item that is not pink. and yes, tanks aren't meant to do damage. they soak up the damage while the mages and archers deal most of the damage. but don't expect to be rich so soon.

Ah, thanks for the quick reply mate I believe I'm Lvl 12 at the moment, only reason I'm worried about money is for my potions, which seem to go quick (especially since I just solo'd the MeatHeads Butchery mini-dungeon just to see if I could)

And I will go ahead and sell them then, just wanted to run it by some experienced players before I would lose something valuable.

no problem. and also, most people won't buy a green level 10 item for 20k. but twink is quite unusual so i guess he is an exception.

I still have the Ursan staff thats heals 1/s if he is interested. I just don't know how to go about trading it...
