Beta or the first day of release. It was a week after beta started, that's all I know for sure.

don't know exact time,played like once a week.....i remeber rooks nest was the hardest map,dead city map wasn't even out;

Started AL: Beta. Played through all the seasons.
Started STS gaming: Halloween 2011 on my Miraclebird account, played before that too but on a guest account I think

I really did NOT want to play AL since I was so invested in PL, but in a matter of 2 weeks after AL release it seemed like all my friends from PL had left to come over to AL. So I reluctantly decided to give it a try, and for the first 2-3 weeks I played both games. Then I liked AL so much better that I switched over to AL full time. Funny thing is that most of my friends from PL did not stay around and either quit or went back to PL. Now I have all new friends in AL and only really a couple friends from PL who I still talk to in AL.

I started during "beta" but didn't officially start playing until last month.
I started near the end of December, just after S2. I didn't know crap about the mechanics so I was pretty much a noob until S4
December but didn't start playing properly until February time, Joined my first & only guild still in January but was not really active as much as I am now until March time
