mythic armor upgrade fail- crystal cavern rune glitch

the rune in crystal caverns cannot be picked up.

how are people supposed to upgrade if it cannot be picked up?

The quest should allow you to collect all of the pieces as part of taking the quest. If you have already collected a piece you will not be able to interact with that one again. If you delete/abandon your quest and start it again you should be able to re-collect from the runes again.

Is this not the case? What are the details involved with reproducing your broken quest state?

my ign is CTF
i had to email to get the armor quest again, as it did not work the first time

I recived the quest but only the crystal cavern rune did not pick up,

so essentially, i am stuck on 2/3 runes.

i tried deleting and re doing but the crystal cavern rune will not pick up.
