It could be possible that no one really noticed/said anything till today, it could be possible that Apollo is right but if that true wouldn't it effect all classes and not just rouges??
I don't know if there was a flat reduction in damage to all three classes one line of code could fix but if the % drop was not even its possible the rouge could of been written to include both
