Best level for pvp sorcerer?

So your looking for a good lvl to pvp? ( Sry i dont understand stuff )
Try lvls :
5-10:If your lazy too lvl up
15-20 :If your not kinda lazy to lvl up
21-25:If you want to bump it up a bit
26-30: ( My personal fave ) If your obssesed with mythic, especially the helmets and the guild wars! ( so epic. )
31-lvl cap: If you actually want to.

L 23 is good.

No arc daggs or mythics to unbalance the competition.

Difficult to reliably kill warrs at this level though.

IMO 31 or 36. Though you'll have to deal with mythics, sorcs do well in those levels
