I think this is a worthless mythic!
Leprechaun pendant doesnt seem to stack with pendant anymore i did a run yesterday and a run today barely rerolled anything i wasted 8 platinum total for my elixirs and oh it seems when you buy a 30 minute reroll it only rerolls half way through the elixir and come on guys we pay 150 platinum for something it definitely should be level based also and since when is a green item considered a reroll i get those way to many times without an elixir!

I think the ability to reroll tells you that there is still a chance you'll get something similar. just like rerolling a die, you can still get the same outcome from your first 'roll'.
Still feel like its broken though, esp when you see other players rerolling eggs and crates, and you get an epic sword, or hear of ppl farming 10-20 crates in 30 minutes.
Have you read the description on the Lep Ammy?
It doesn't say it gives you a 100% chance to re-roll. This is purely luck.

On a serious note, you're just experiencing what they call "bad luck". Leprechaun Pendant gives you a 15% chance to re-roll for a better item. So in a perfect world, 15 out of 100 drops will be re-rolled. There are plenty of threads on this forum explaining it in more detail. I suggest you read some of them.

if you bought lep a few days ago then you got screwed.
should have bought it via gold. 150plat isnt worth it if its tradeable.
and the times this rerolls is not that often all the more hurts how much plat you used to buy it ^_^

Im not talking about the luck part im talking about how it doesnt say when you buy it that its lvl 1 with lvl 1 stats it should be the lvl of the buyer!

Does it really matter? A level 1 pendant with +15% luck will be the be same as a L36 pendant with +15% luck...

How will it have better stats when the pendant has no stats in the first place? It's also not intended to have any stats - that's the trade-off. You equip it for +15% luck, nothing else.
I think he might mean the actual character has better stats. as in level 1 having like 10 damage and 36 having 350? that or he seriously thinks pendants give stats.. lol
