IU is still alive alright, and so are the Sparkling Pwnies. We aren't active in SL due to obvious reasons, and are currently stationed in Battle Dragons and O&C.

In my terms, they are. While not being specifically called Sparkling Pwnies or consisting of just SP members, there are former members of SP in O&C along with an amount of IU in a guild called JinnsElite.
