There was already a buff to the mythic gun last patch that slipped through the cracks.

Upgraded Mythic Armor is level 36 and stats do go up so no upgrade at all.

We have an upgraded mythic quest line for this purpose.

dang STS, you've essentially KILLED hooks in their last running season where they were supposed to be the best of the best. The last buff was hardly a buff as there were weapons like ALP that still had higher DPS. With the release of these new daggers, would it be possible to make hooks truely the best before they start rusting?

I've said this before, but if they boost the hooks any more than they already have, I'm going to quit end game and become a level 26 twink pvp rogue and buy those hooks.

I'll have a 100:1 KDR.

Actually the mythic staff has these stats over mythic gun when I view it against the mythic gun (this is with full mythics & samael):

+162 HP
+1.26% crit
+21.5 Damage
+61 DPS
+41 Armor

3328 HP
30.50 Crit
450.7 Damage
579.5 DPS
1063 Armor

So in damage that's like a 5% increase. And a big boost in HP with some armor.

Or... and hear me out on this... you could sell your hooks and use the money to buy the new daggers! Problem solved!

If you rogues cry anymore about buffing hooks, I hope they just nerf the class.

You're comparing a level 26 weapon to a level 36 weapon, REGARDLESS of rarity.

Hooks will not be bumped anymore. There is a now a 10 level (two expansion!) difference between these items.

Last time we had special mythic weapons weekends, the odds of looting a mythic weapon were higher than what the odds for looting mythic would normally be. Can I assume the odds of looting these new mythic weapons are boosted this weekend as well compared to looting other mythics??
