Is this happening to anyone else?

My nativex platinum offers randomly disappeared. The whole button is gone. I'm just wondering if anyone else has this issue. I've asked a few people, and it seems that I'm the only one who doesn't have it. Or if anyone has an answer to why this happened, that would be great. Thanks
For reference, I had the nativex plat offers yesterday. This morning, they were gone.

Yes omg I just posted a thread about this. I went back for more offers and the button was gone. You might be able to find my thread in the Technical section. I think I'm going to try and reinstall.

To STS, this really sucks. I've posted a thread with no reply. Now we get to miss out on the offers that the rest of the community gets. I don't buy platinum, and these weekends are like Christmas to me, and I'm trying to cap to boot.

Yes it has happen multiple times before. All you can do is wait FOREVER until new offers pop up.

Yes it has happen multiple times before. All you can do is wait FOREVER until new offers pop up.

You don't seem to understand what Mothwing and Wnmi are experiencig.

It's not that the offers are not working for them, it's that they cant even access them! The button for NativeX offers is missing for them. They can get to the Tapjoy offers, but not NativeX.

There is no reason the button should completely disappear from the game. That's STS's fault, not NativeX

For those who cant get offers to work: make all offers you can and screenshot all those "pending" and "expired" offers.
Send that pic to nativex support and explain that you arr not getting platinium for completing offers.
They will email support@spacetimestudios.com and they will add you that platinium.

You don't need a screen shot. Ive done this multiple time. I just go to the help button at the bottom of the offers page and say that my offers aren't working. Then they go in and manually set the pending offers to completed ones. Then wait and you will get your platinum in around 3 days to a week. As long as the offers aren't 2 weeks old or more. After 2 weeks they expire and can not be fixed. Only the pending offers are the ones they can do something about.
