First of all you can report him by writting in-game chat /report (name) (reason) or by contacting support and messaging moderators.Do not write names on forums ^^

***** has been verbally rude and downright offensive to many players. However, he's just a troll that enjoys wasting his lifetime getting off on other's misery. Now, if that's what he needs to activate the pleasure systems in his brain, he's a messed up individual that is clearly lacking some things in life.
