Supports not responding to me

Hello, I have been trying to get unbanned on my main account for some time now. I have yet to receive a reply from support and have been messaging for several months now. If someone could please respond to me that would be ideal.

lol, i'm not sure you should fairly say that with no knowledge of why. As I'm still in the dark as to why. I stopped playing last year and came back 10 months later to see a forever ban.
I'm sure they had a reason to, but I'd like to get things cleared up. I put a lot of my time and money into the game and have a lot to offer to the community.

If he quit playing last year, and came back 10 months later, then I can only imagine:
•Brother or something has gone on his account and did scams and stuff.
•Person who had device before logged on his account, device ban (I think its like that..)


I cant imagine StG banning someone when hes gone.

its just an account ban apollo, my case says "resolved" on the ticket on the 16th of september, but as it is now I am still banned on the account, and my devices are back to working order

I'm just saying they don't unban accounts. You should make a new account, there's really 0% for you to get that account back. Doesn't matter what's the reason for the ban.
