I can't get to forest breach!

I've killed the Wraith Heart 3 times and I still can't get into Forest Breach. I've tried porting there but it sends me straight back to Shadow Plains. Any suggestions or solutions would be very welcome.

I've noticed that, for Shuyal, you can only unlock the next map using the light portal that appears after the boss has been killed. If you leave the map after you kill the boss, you have to kill him again and use the light portal. You CANNOT teleport there unless you uses the light portal first.

I used the light portal all three times and it still sent me back to the start of the area.
