I can't get to forest breach!

I've killed the Wraith Heart 3 times, but it still won't let me into Forest Breach. I've tried porting there many times, but that isn't working either. Please help!

I don't know about that issue but what you can do is level 35 then go to the elite version of the level that is unlocked. Going to it will unlock the normal version of it.

I'm only level 31.

Did you go through the exit that opens once the mob is dead? That unlocks the next zone.
