Hey Noodle, if you read mine fully I say (at least) yes, probably most likely 3 days a week to start of beginning, but then 4 days a week with a split plan is preferred, which is what I started doing 2 months ago. It's been working out amazing! Also when it comes to taste of foods and shakes, if you wanna be serious about it, then taste of food isn't a choice, I myself eat for bodybuilding, not to my liking.

Yeah I do Milk sometimes, but mostly 50/50 or just water is fine, either way I skull the whole thing as it's not a thing you sip on.


Also one other thing, don't rest on the 5th day, start with 2 days, rest in the middle, then 2 on, then rest Saturday sunday, then re-do, but if you can't due to not being able to on some days, you will have to work around it. Elite trainers mostly do 5-6 days a week, thats pretty crazy and really shows how dedicated you're!

Not many hours of sleep? Then don't bother xD

Eh, I stuff my face with boiled chicken breast and some rice...a few veggies here and there...meh... It gets boring, but as you said, you can't eat as your heart desires. I haven't had a cookie in like a year, but I did have some ice cream a few weeks ago because I was in an awkward situation, lol. I can only do 5-6 days because I rarely ever do cardio... I should start doing some, since my old belly flab is starting to get annoying. Regarding sleep, I should get some, lol. I think I stunted my growth due to eating a bit crazy at first and not getting enough sleep >_<... Where's Parth when we need him?
