I have contacted STS support numerous times. I this STS needs to look into how someone can take over an account without me ever giving out my credentials. This is happening. I know of two other players that suffered the same experience within a very close time frame. Someone took over my account while I was playing. I was signed off of my actual device and locked out.

Sound business advice, don't cut costs when you are keeping server for 3 dead games running just because you love the players.
Thats why PL lost players.
The game has huge potential being popular and loved but the lack of updates and balances with lower quality of expansions caused players tp leave and lose intrest

That's nothing new and it's too late to recover now. If the had done full game revamps long ago, could have fixed it but at this point there's no way putting their small development team into any one of not-their-largest-game would be fiscally wise.
If you think the game can return to to 50-66 cap as far as player base, you live in a different would than Spacetime and the rest of us, the game is going to slowly die and the server will eventually be shut down.
The fact they still provide any support for a game for which they have already informed players isn't going to get any fixes or improvements is actually quite generous.
