Can i say i got scammed by crates?

Its been 2months opening any crates i get only finessed or can i say scammed? (If not devs please delede word scammed).
As everyone saw in town i open crates i lost so much.
There is nothing else to do and even that is against us (opening crates). Please is it possible to not make it so hard to loot (forexample on Warlock crates all years)
Tbh made me almost quit today even how much i love this game… i hope this not happen to anyone else

How many did you open? If you open say 50-100 crates then yes you get a greater chance of drops (vanity, mythical drops, etc). It really is random all I can say. I got 21 crates I opened not too long ago and I got probably the same type of loot, it happens.
Also, for those saying its a dead game its definitely NOT dead.

It really depends on how much you opened
There's times where all I obtained from the crates were flasks but there's also times where I looted the items I wanted instead of just the flasks. Welcome to gambling!
