The only way that a Rogue can draw aggro is launching into a Crit streak and lighting up mobs. With Ribbit, Valkin, Talon, and even Loki and Malison at times, you can get into a streak where your crit is steady at 50%+. This would mean that every other hit is a Critical and I can tell you from experience that even with a good tank around, you can peel off aggro easily. But, this only occurs when your DMG is high and you are dealing a lot of damage. So, this wouldn't work for a STR specced Rogue - you simply cannot deal enough damage and enough critical hits to draw attention away from tanks or anyone else for that matter.

Stick with a full DEX build (you could even go 10% INT if you need the HP), max out your DEX/INT/STR/DMG passives and use Gleipnir for added HP (or Blood Ruby if you can afford one). Then pick up a well rounded pet like Malison which also helps with survivability.

The point is that unlike Pocket Legends, there isn't the concept of Hybrid Classes here. Rogues are Rogues and nothing else. They are the 1v1 DMG dealers or high DPS dealers, they are not tanks!

And, BTW, drop SSS, it is probably the worst skill for Rogues in terms of damage and cooldown. Respec and swap SSS for Veil - your team mates will thank you.
