Go for the Agility first. Pets like Ethyl, Clyde, Wrathjaw, Valkin, Haze, Ribbit, Horton are all great pets. Since you would go Agility, you can make up that lost of Crit with a crit pet like Clyde, Ethyl, Ribbit or Horton.Originally Posted by MilliVanilli

Ethyl is one UNDERRATED pet. You'd be surprise how powerful it is
I'm gonna try to get some plat, I signed up for a 350 platinum offer but didn't get it, should be getting it in a few days, gonna invest in abaddon for pet so I'll have 100 left, then gonna go for 7day +50% xp elixir.....that will leave me with 40. Hopefully I get it soon

Don't get abaddon
With the 250 Plat u can get other pets that are better for, more pets than just 1. Get Clyde, that new malison revisited dragon I forget the name,.. I'm not online right now but I can look it up later.. Or check Linkin cena pet guide for mage for an idea of good pets.
You may want to save for some elixirs too ..

Please don't get Abaddon. That is a sad excuse for a pet for 250 Plat. Instead invest in HAZE, the 90 Plat pet which is AMAZING for both PvP and PvE. Why not abaddon? I like him and the damage, crit and xp boost is nice as is the little stat boost....what's so bad about him?

For 250 Plat, it just isn't worth it. Spend it on another pet like Haze for 90 plat which also boosts your stats.
For XP, you can always use some of that plat and burn an XP elixir and grind, just please don't get Abaddon <.<. Gives me kidney pains to see people waste 250 plat on it.
Maybe I'll spend all the 350 plat on unlocking locked crates to hopefully get samael or some mythic/arcane items to trade for him...

Is that a good idea? Lol 10 crates = 150 plat, 20 crates = 300 plat, 23 crates = 345 plat. So I could open 23 crates, hopefully I manage at least one arcane and a few mythic for that, would be cool if I got samael on my first open.....lol!

Don't want to burst your bubble, but just save those plat for future use. Buy a pet like Haze for 90 Plat, save the rest for Reroll Elixirs or even XP Elixirs. Never Plat Resurrect if you don't have to. You would be surprised how fast plat goes.
I've burned over at least 4K+ plat, thats over 500+ crates almost or more not counting the plat rewards I get from the crates and I only looted TWO mythic items from all that. The rest of my gear was farmed and then bought.

I use the Leprechaun Pendant when I am farming areas. Does anyone see where I can upgrade my gear at? If not, what level should I regear? Level 25/26 possibly?

2 Items that you will consider to upgrade in near future.
Glephnir Amulet which you receive from a questline called that allows you to enter the portal in Ullers Tomb to the City of Kelys (Shuyal). This amulet is literally used on all my toons. It is the most balanced ammy that you can find currently ingame. I didn't even settle for the Lunar ammy because of the HP decrease it gives.
Ruby Band of Brutality - The only PURPLE/BLUE (Epic) ring that falls behind the Mythic Ring, Ensorcelled Ring and Troll ring for a mage. Highly underrated. The pro mages will use this and I do see alot use them if they can't get their hands on any of the other 3.
Who gives the Glephnir Amulet so I can get it asap....and I will try to find the Ruby Band thanks!

The quest is not available till you are level 25 I believe and it is in Nordr. I believe it is called "Permafrost" where you have to defeat Grimnr in Halls of Valheim.
It use to be a VERY VERY long questline but apparently they made it easier and shorter for those who never bothered with starting this questline back when this expansion came out.

After I receive my 350 platinum for that offer I completed and didn't receive the plat for I'm gonna invest 100 of it in locked crates to try to get samael or items to trade/sell for samael, and if I don't get gonna buy abaddon for the other 250, made up my mind to do this
