I have a ? as far as gear goes and their secondary stats. I know we want as much int as possible, but what's the better secondary stat? Why does all BiS have str over dex? I know str gives more health but dex gives crit...

Str is the best secondary as it gives the most life. Dex is almost entirely useless to a mage.
