Bears 71+ are very hard to beat esp. if you are a pally and they are a dex/str bear. Uusally, I use dex str and a little bit of int for some skill damage and regen. The trick is is to dodge their screams and beckons. I use firestorm to back them up and then ice immediately, use heal afterwards because they stun. Then use frostbite and charge in using ur debuffs. NUKE and pray for the best. With the dex attributes, your pally will render some crazy damage with the scythe!
Skills:
Frostbite-9
Lightning-9
Heal-9
Revive-1
Nightmare-4 (I don't use weakness because nightmare reduces dodge and armor which allows you to kill faster)
Drain-9
Icestorm-1
Firestorm-9
Mana Shield-1
Buffs-9
This is like a basic skill build. Feel free to change it!
Combo: Buffs, Firestorm, Frostbite, Heal, Run, Frostbite, Lightning, Nightmare, Drain, Icestorm, Firestorm, and Heal whenever necessary!

-P.S. Try not to use mana shield because you have little mana with str/dex instead of str/int
