hi sts i play new character i buy many platinum 2700for new acc and i buy locked i get bann trade i send mail to sts for help not reply now i login in acc again my acc is lose game say dnt have this mail for game what happen how to get back my acc because in my acc lv 12 have 2005platinum now and money 200k i send mail to sts now all dnt reply my email plese help me get back acc thx for help
