This is what I wrote in another thread:

I will take examples of PL or furthermore of my PL Timeline.
In 2012 the Halloween Event started 6 days before actual Halloween (10/25/12)
and ended 8 days after (11/08/12).

So the event in 2012 lasted 2 weeks.


In 2011 2 weeks before (10/17/11)
and 4 days after (11/04/11)

Lasted 2 weeks and 4 days .

In 2010 1 week 6 days before (10/18/10)
and 2 days after (11.02.10)

Lasted 2 weeks 1 day

So the average time an H-Ween event lasts is 2 weeks +/- few days.

Because most (huge) content update are uploaded on a Thursday I would except the launch on the Thursday before Halloween, therefore the
24th Oct.
(This estimation comes from someone who survived 2 Halloweens, yet - this will be my 3rd)


About the prices I'd say they could increase since the items then are discontinued - means not farm-able etc.

There will definitely be a Halloween event. Not sure when though. Doc's guess is an accurate representation.

H2N told people in the chat box that the PL Halloween event will happen around the same time as the AL one, so I guess that's coming in the next few weeks/days.

I really hope they make some cool vanities this year, a horse head, or a skeleton head.
Or maybe they could give out costumes like last year, but we can keep them
Last year really had no good vanities, only treat bags, that arcane helm (bags and helm are quest items :/ ) only plat vanity I recall was costumes.

I couldn't get pirate hat before, not zombie helm, not pumpkin head, not pumpkins shield either D:
