Need help with twink build

I am currently leveling up an ursan Mage as some of you may know. He's going to be a level 38 twink (I've never seen one before) and is right now level 37. Once I reach 38, I am thinking of respecing or just reassigning skill attributes. I am pretty stuck to the ursan Mage design/build so unless you can give me a really good reason to go dex or pure, I'm not gonna budge . Other than that, if you have any advice, it is all welcomed greatly!
