arcane pet arcane ability glitch?

in pvp, iv tried this several times,

when a rogue uses a glacian or hammerjaw arcane

it seems that they cannot be stunned by a charged auto from a bow,

they always dodge it...

iv tried this many times in 1v1

I don't PvP, so I may be wrong here, but I THINK it was changed not too terribly long ago that you can't be stun-locked, meaning stunned repeatedly. I forget what the window is, but it's a few seconds at least. And anything that would normally stun during the 'cool-down,' so to speak, is just that little dodge (it's like a mini/short stun) thing you mention.
