lv51 raid roach autobow set not giving set bonus

I bought these items for lv51:

raid roach's gemstone cap
raid roach's gemstone auto-bow
raid roach's gemstone leather

but I'm not getting any visual effect or any hp/mana regen (a set bonus). did I get the wrong items?

oh I assumed it would. since glyph gear has bonuses at lv56, 58, and 60

off level set bonuses were introducde when nuri's came out. they didn't og back and change the sewer sets.
