Any level works. A quick way to farm them though, is do Cycorp level 1. You'll be done in 5 minutes, but it is way less enjoyable than running your normal runs, accumulating the data as you go.

An even faster way, both for data fragment and candy(second mission from Cindy), is killing the first 4 mobs in Cycorp 5(Shipping Bay). You can finish it in a matter of 4-5 runs max.

Somethings needs to change a bit..for the hood mostly

The thing im concerned about is the hood for the quest..very little people can actually obtain it. I would rather buy the hood with plat instead of doing that mission...i thought all levels could complete it..but i guess you have to be max level to get it.

I know this might be crazy but my strategy for getting the cloak is by using the All level Access enhancer.

Good luck. To access STS-25, you need to kill the boss of the Numa level in the Scorn Crusade. So if you have a guild wanting to help, then you're probably set. If not, good luck.

very few, this isnt like AL...where everyone can obtain all the halloween items...in SL, you need to have a high level and a good team to get the missing hood.

I certainly did not put it like that. Still no PL cap on the horizon folks, but we were just talking today about how we could get more time in for some of our older games.

So maybe there might be hope for SL yet.

At the beginning I thought the candies drop in Tarasa Colony or STS 25 since the description of the quest tell us to go there, but I got candies in Shipyard as level 38 though I actually thought I have to be 42 to join Tarasa.
