In ANY other mmo customization is free. Try finding one that costs money to change your face.

Don't forget that the original face costs plat too. So I'm pretty sure if you want to change your face more than once, you have to keep paying rather than keeping he face in your inventrory so you cann wear it whenever you what. That's even more messed up than it being 20p.

I refuse to pay anymore... 20p for campaigns I'll purchase that's all there like red bull 5$ for a 500m can when mother is 3$ ... Mother make more money if u make things cheaper more people will buy..

There is nothing wrong with complaining as long as it is constructive. I love PL and yet I can find flaws. Nothing is perfect. But again, the game is less than a year old. The Devs and players are both learning as we go. Yes, I know, there can be really whiny threads for I do see a lot of complaints that are well articulated.

I'm not complaining about what they've done everything they do is amazing its just the prices.... Could of bought call of duty black ops with how much iv spent on this game...
Maybe hey can put some free faces in the magic mirror? And then keep some that cost plat. And maybe for future ones make some cool ones that u can get from rare loot drops or something... And not having to pay again for a face you previously had would be nice.
Yea paying that much for a face change isn't worth it, and also buying money with plat is so expensive, the ratio is soooo high....

I am going to start to consolidate these feedback threads into the official one we monitor. We realize there are a lot of strong feelings out there about the new prices. Nothing is required to level, all of these are luxury items. That being said, we are still watching and listening.
