Depends on the situation/level. Strength builds on any class counters a dex fox but rhinos can only really kill foxes and archers 50-. At endgame, both classes are good in their own ways.
Noo, they can kill more than that. Just maybe not str beard and tank int kiter mages.

Definitely rhino, a rhino has two healing skills, two "stun heals" to unstun themselves, tons of armor, tons of health if full str n savage, and can rev, and run flags super good. A fox can run flags and annoy people.
Rhino is arguable OP in CTF. Maybe FFA too.

Ive not played Fox yet, but coming from primarily a bird, its a real nice change to be able to go into battle with my Rhino and survive long enough to rev and heal other party members. Before, any strong boss could wipe me out but Im finding that i can take previous One-Hit kills, survive, and heal and rev people. Seems pretty useful to me, as well as get into the mix of things too.

Rhino has 2 heals, 2 stun heals, a buff that prevents debuffs for 7 seconds and removes them, 4 buffs, 12m charge while fox's is 8m. And rhino is more fun

Rhinos are the worst in PVP at level 1, because they only have 400 health pool on default, same as Mage. To compare, birds and foxes have 500 hp and bears have 600.
I always like tanky classes. I'm still working on a low level rhino build that makes me invincible.
